2014

Launch of the SUSHI BISTRO brand. The first restaurant opens in Warsaw's Ursynów district.

2015

Opening of the first two SUSHI BISTRO franchise restaurants in Warsaw's Praga and Ursus districts.
Due to our commitment to high standards from the outset, we gained a loyal customer base and were recognized in the "Top Takeaway 2015 – Best Restaurant in Poland" poll, where SUSHI BISTRO took 1st place, surpassing 42 other locations.

2016

Opening of the fourth SUSHI BISTRO restaurant in Warsaw’s Żoliborz district, expanding our delivery area across Warsaw and nearby towns.

2020

1st place in ONET Podróże's ranking of "TOP 10 Best Sushi in Warsaw."

2021

Brand rebranding: The restaurant concept was changed to include SUSHI BISTRO Take Away (delivery and pick-up) and SUSHI BISTRO Eat & Drink (dine-in, pick-up, and delivery). The restaurants were also rebranded with a new, fresh visual concept, marking the beginning of our national expansion.
Opening of the fifth, sixth, and seventh restaurants in the SUSHI BISTRO Take Away model in Giżycko, Otwock, and Toruń.
Opening of the eighth restaurant in the SUSHI BISTRO Eat & Drink model in Legionowo.
The brand received the Laur Klienta "Quality and Innovation" award.

2022

Opening of three more SUSHI BISTRO Take Away restaurants in Ełk, Kętrzyn, and Tarnowskie Góry, bringing the total to 11 locations in Poland.

2023

Opening of three additional SUSHI BISTRO Take Away restaurants in Łomża, Kielce, and Szczecin/Warzymice, bringing the total to 14 locations in Poland.

2024

Opening of the 15th SUSHI BISTRO Take Away restaurant in Zgorzelec and, for the first time, expanding our delivery area to Görlitz, Germany. The website for German customers was updated.
Starting in September, we began celebrating the brand’s 10th anniversary! Contests and promotions are available on our Facebook page!
